5ml sera florena per week.
1ml flourish excel per week.
50% WC per week.

I doubt it was because you skipped a water change dude. Seriously, don't beat yourself up about it. GBR's are finniky little blighters, and if they don't come from really good, healthy stock, they can be in perfect health one day, and dead the next.

 

Thats basically what happened.(the tank is very understocked)

 

i'm inclined to agree with @SeanJ on this one, a fish will generally die because of consistently poor water maintenance. even finicky ones. and as we've seen on the forum the last few weeks / months (?) there have been a lot of gbr deaths for no good reason.

 

I just started to dose potassium last week,all the plants have now gone super green.

 

i still love this tank, would ave been nice if you could ahve tucked the heater into one of the compartments in the internal sump
