@MarcHawke the #m tank probably have its own filter? its just to give the new filter chance to build Bacteria...... or else you put all the fish...

they are to tiny and will die very easily if you move them. the parents is supposed to protect them. you will lose less like that IMO. its not...
yep you get them from builders, you must ask for 6500k lights, the ones making water yellow is in the lower k ratings
Well i would say if you can add the sand from the 6ft with the 800L water and use the old filter on the 3m tank for 2-3weeks it wont be a problem....
nope. just normal t5's from the electric store. its R65 a bulb.. so actually cheaper than the t8's from the LFS. i use a 10 000k one and a 6500k...
not yet.... mommy and daddy will take care of them for a while
Yeah lighting is not strong enough, must try and get t5's im running 2x39w t5's on my 3ft

Ask around on the forum. I have hypancistrus and clown pleco in my tank. Love them. Some lfs get them from time to time.
Ouch yeah. Well for smaller tanks check out the hypancistrus sp and clown plecos. They are vrilliant and dont grow huge
