a stem plant that probably will work is ambulia. its the easiest to grow imo. if you can get hold of some crypts they will work also. java moss...

White wil be fine. low tech planted tank. 6500k is miday temps. I had 10000k lights it looks cool but didnt do much for my plants

you want to get something in the6500k range
Those lights imo is not good enough. maybe for low light plants yes. like anubias, java fren and bolbitus
