    What's filtering your system?

    Tank +-600L - using a Aquatop CF500 UV (525G/ph) and 2x Buyo powerhead 1400L - not had any issues and it keeps the water perfect.

    Looking for easy carpet plant

    @silverj87 , I would say it has almost everything to do with the substrate. I cannot grow carpeting plants due to the fact i have a pebble base...

    @Kula13, as far as i know that is not a true aquatic plant and will eventually turn black/brown and wilt.

    Yup thats it. Have about 8/9 but they just dont want to grow out. they grow about 10cm tall but in stringy strands not rounded like yours.. bleh...
