I second @Firefly with regard to making the most out of the old HOB. You need only buy 2 x +/-2000l/h budget pumps and your AquaClear are running...
Corys prefer being in numbers of 6+ so if you want them you should come down with a case of MTS and get them a bigger home!

Sorry @Zoom but IMO the higher organisms in an aquarium - fish - are far more than simply a nutrient source and handy means of oxygen depletion....

Harleuins are a great species which stick together - I am loath to say "school" - nicely in a tank.
The way I see it, the use of Excel or any other alternative to pressurised Co2 results in a medium-tech tank.

I'm with @doug. I have a Fluval 403 which also pumps about 1200 l/h on my 100l and the flow is VERY strong!A hob is a gret filter for your size tanks.
