With goldfish I do 20% change on Wednesdays and 80% over the weekends, my endlers get one every two weeks.
For safety sake I'll skip water changes in my other tank till next weekend.
Well I am in the north so hopefully you guys in Centurion might be lucky, but take care just in case.

Ranchu, but prefer pearlscales (Deceased), I prefer Hikari sinking pellets (morning) and feed FBW (evening) on Saterdays I feed them boiled peas.
Yip and like Discus goldfish needs repeated water changes per week, Mine I do 40% to 60% per week
Bare bottom tanks are optimal for goldfish as they tend to be messy and have a higher bioload.

What type of goldfish do you have? Do you have a heater in the tank, please take into consideration that goldfish are known to pollute the water...
