Add a powerhead for circulation. The HOB itself doesn't create a lot of circulation for that size tank. This is also the problem with the heater....

Hey @matteffect, I bought the light ballasts from an Electric outlet. Bought the tubes also from electric outlet. Had to order the tubes though.
