They usually come in at under 1cm(like 6 to 8mm)...maybe just keep them in one of those Guppy net breeders to grow a bit 1st....

Fine...but the Dario dario might struggle in there for food with all those active fish.....it's the perfect nano fish - rather set up a little 1...
Nice big school of 8 to 12 of the Rainbows will be an awesome main focus in that tank.... Try the betta in there - dont see any real problems.......
