Gosh, I am by no means an expert but I will try share some of my experience. I am just going by what I can see in the pics and its not good news....

They wont bother the tetras and any tank 60cm or above should be good for 2 bolivians and some tetras.

Total agreement with @HennieRoux re the tank size and removing the juvies. Smaller breeder tanks will help immensely with feeding.
