mmm i assume you blast it with the tap or hose pipe? this is not really a good way to do this, as the chlorine in the tap water kills the good...
i only dose for the amount of water i'm changing. but i overdose for that amount by a bit.
i only do water changes, i add the flourish comprehensive when i remember, but its rare that i do, i used to add exel as well, but i hardly use it...

i hear you dude, but bear in mind, co2 is only for high lighting systems... most plants do quite fine with regular lights and lots of water...

i dont think that amount is necessary, you could make the bottle last a lot longer using a quarter of that, but we each tend to do these things...
that is one of the reasons i'd suggest a real plant ;) the fake ones tend to look a bit messed up after a while, of course in some tanks you cant...

ya, i think on a 100L the 7drops are probably enough to dose for the entire volume of the tank water.. i'm very surprised a fish got stuck in...

if i work on 5ml per 200L dosage, then you need less than 1 drop per 20L, i normally overdose using about 5 drops per 25L in my new water in any...
i have to agree with @hviviers75 here, this probably compounded the problem, as the tank would have been barely cycled... +1
