nope, its more the tail fin, it also gets a nice thick black edging.. something special to see, but you dont often spot them at lfs here in cpt...
ya thats not a bad photoperiod, but it could still occurr, could also be the ferts.. try reducing photoperiod to 5 hours for a week or 2?
