@top dog... was sold as a Banjar red.. from what ive been told and read, its the (runt in the litter) so to say.. meaning its from the Asian Red, but because it did not have the marking and colour they looking for it gets sold as a lower grade Asian.. be it a Jardini, Banjar red or Asian I don't mind at the end of the day..

That would be stunning but,.... you cant blame your wife!!!!

On second thoughts... You could try strike a deal with her.....your 101 tanks... fish room... for a stunning Arowana/stingray tank... Worth a try.....

    Hi Guys,

Its been a while since I posted on here.

Came on looking to see what my options are with my now almost empty tank.

Last week was one of the saddest. I lost my Silver Arowana at almost 8 years old and 76cm long.

I am probably going to leave my tank the way it is for the next few months and see from there as I am really disappointed.

Currently has a sun sun catfish, plecostomus and tricolour shark in...

@Singhms ..... I am so sorry for your loss.... 8 years is a long time and I salute you for keeping a silver Arowana for so long... may she RIP...

Arowanas are very special.... once they in your heart its difficult to replace them with another fish....
When the pain subsides a little and you ready... i think you need another baby...
