Why don't Pet Stop answer my email/PM me immediately?

Hi guys

This morning I received a Email + PM complaining that Pet Stop staff do not answer them the same day or even sometimes within minutes.

Well these guys have obviously not been to Pet Stop on a average busy day!!!!

Let me give you a run down on yesterdays baskets. Drikus (the staff member who was complained about) Yesterday Drikus helped 73 (9 customers per hour) customers with sales, this does not take browsers into consideration. Then between these customers he need to feed and give water AND clean after all the reptiles, spiders and their hardware in the shop. Not an easy task!

Can someone ells not help him? Well lets look at the shop! Cash register total for the shop was 164 baskets (20.5 customers per hour = 1 customer each 3 minute!!!!) so understand that someday’s they do not even get a change to take lunch.

I am proud of my staff they give 100% and my shop is mostly very clean and in great nick!!!!

They will get back to the emails and PM the moment they get time to do so. But the customers that actually visit Pet Stop, paid for the right to be assisted first by being in the shop.
