Where to source Grape Vine....

    Hi Guys,

    Don't know if this will help anyone but hope it does.

    For some time now I have been in search of a piece of grape vine for the nano and have not had much luck so decided to go for a drive and search all the local vineyards.

    Bloemendal Wine Estate has got a pile of grape vine that they sell by the bakkie load, so if you are in need of some that is the place to go. They where kind enough to let me look through the pile and choose the wood I wanted and cost next to nothing.

    So hope that helps anyone looking for Grape Vine in the Durbanville area.

    My parents had to find one for their new pergola some time ago and they managed to get in contact with a prof at Stellenbosch uni who pretty much said they could have whatever species they wanted if anyone is looking for anything more particular.
