Where to go..aquatic related items... Durban

Hi all,

I will be going to Durban soon. Can anyone please comment on where I should go for aquatic plants/ equipment or anything aquatic related that's usually difficult to obtained in Cape Town, as I reside in Cape Town and have been to most of the LFS. Thanks in Advance

I would check out Northlands Pets (Northlands Pets).
They're probably the best stocked LFS.

@dash. I'm going there after a very very long time. Just wanted to hear if there are any "aquatic gold mines" in Durban. I'm not looking for anything in particular.

 

Hi yes. That is a really good shop. I often shop at Northlands. You can also check out euro spirit aquariums they are one of the sponsors however, every thing that they carry you can get in jhb or CPT. Euro spirit does have some specials from time to time so you may be able to get a good bargain. I have also been their and love the extra service that you get. The owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra milea.

We so need at google map with all the LFS's as a sticky. Somebody had one a while back ...

There are 2 shops I frequent alot - Something Exotic in Hillcrest and Northlands Pets in Springfield Park.
