So for 200l its 4 pumps, is that for N P K , per day or per week? I am running the Flourish range, N P K , Fe , Trace and Flourish supp, but will look at something cheaper. Thanx

To get a complete ferteliser solution, you could try Scape Complete.
It contains all the essenstial Macro and Micro nutrients.

It would be 4 squirts for a 200L tank per day.
@ 4 squirts per day a 500ml bottle should last you about 4 months.

I use Scape in 4 of my tanks, which works out to 7ml per day, and get over 2 months per bottle.

This is what Betterweather have to say about Scape Complete:

Scape Complete is an All-in one solution for your planted aquarium. Scape Complete contains all 3 Macro elements as well as the Micro elements required by your aquarium plants. It is important to remember that as your plants grow, they will need more nutrients, as the plant mass increases, their demand increase as well. Increasing the recommended dosage is essential as the plants continue to grow. Additional supplementation of Scape N and Scape P may be necessary if any nutrient deficiencies arise.

1 squirt (approx. 1ml) of Scape Complete per 50l of water daily.
A 30 - 50% water change should be done every week for best results

    Contents:
    K - 1.0%
    Mg - 0.39%
    S - 0.5%
    Mn - 0.039%
    Cu - 0.005%
    Zn - 0.002%
    B - 0.004%
    Mo - 0.002%
    Fe - 0.7%
    Cl - 0.9%

Richard forgot to update that. It includes N and P. There was a printing error for the labels and those got excluded

So would we be right in saying we wouldn't really need to dose anything else other than Complete?

    I have been dosing N, P and K separately.

yes that's what Sean and Angus have been telling us over at APSA - I have Scape Liquid Carbon because I don't do pressurized CO2.

If you look at the ingredient list again, you will see there is K on it but no N and P as it was erroneously omitted in the label printing. They have new labels now and I think it has been corrected, for the new look bottles.

Has anybody been dosing scape complete only, for an extended period of time with the same results as dosing N ,P and K separately ?

    @rsa

I have been using "Complete" in conjunction with "Liquid CO2" for about 7 months. I had to dose N after signs of deficiency. You can check my post here where I suffered major Nitrogen deficiency which nearly took out all my Rotala

    https://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/threads/rotala-problems.27539/#post-349487

This was sorted with dosing Seachem Nitrogen. (I could not find stock of Scape N)

I am now dosing "complete" "liquid Co2" "N" and "P" with 30-50% water change weekly. All looks well and plants are looking healthy
