Haha, I also checked the thread it was posted in after reading the post and wondering what he was taking about.
I'm not sure if anyone currently active on the forum actually breeds/stocks designer guppies.

its really fun and you can even start with guppies from the petshop. so no need to get quality stock, its a matter of enjoying the process and seeing the fish change infront of your eyes over time.

I had to tap out the last time due to the fact that some idiot almost chopped my fingers off with iceskates so I had to go for surgery and couldnt use my hand for months, I had full movement in my hand for about a week and then got in to a motorcycle accident that shattered my shoulder socket which they had to replace, this was another couple of moths of no mobility to little mobility.

Really missed this forum and all the people on here, and it is so sad to see that so many of them have left.

but it is also great meeting all the new people on here, and new "relationships" being built.

I can relate to this. I had a trio that had no colour. 3 generations later they coloured up. I think they call them the koi tuxedo now or something like that. I'll try to find old pics soon

If there's enough people interested in doing another one, let's just do it. We already have the guidelines from Vis' original events, so we can just replicate it

Hi Mad, I have been out for some time, actually still am. Just packed up the last guppies 2 months back.
There are actually some nice genetics around these days to play with.
