I got two 90 cm tanks. One is empty and onther one hasonly four danios, a sword and some kuhlis.
Now I wonder what fish (except bettas, guppies, rummy nosed, X-rays and blackwidows) i can put in the empty one. I was wondering angles, african peacockcichlids, congos or kribs? Any other? Also I want some bottom feeders likecorydoras. I never had them but would like to try them.

Now the other tank that contains some fish. Should I just put other swords anddanios in? Or put other fish in that tank like cherry barbs, Rasboras ect?
    Thanks

    Hi Rooivlerkie!

Cories are great little fish, get a group of them for sure - they are LOT of fun. (quick addition - just be sure your substrate is fine enough not to damage their barbels.) Or you might try zebra loaches - I've a group of 6 in a 90cm and they are really cute - nice loachy displays - I've had a batch of them for quite a while and they are really nice fish - behave in a quite different way. (And they are pretty good at eating sn@ils if you have any issues there...)

And then (soon someone is rightfully going to accuse me of sounding like a stuck record :smile1:) but you might consider some of the smaller rainbowfish. Pictures of these little beauties never do them justice - once you've seen them as adult fish - WOW! Everyone who meets mine is blown away. When you see them in the lps they never look like anything, but as they settle and start to grow they are truly in a class of their own.

    Just some ideas!

Would also say rainbows like dwarf neons, threadthins any kind that stays small. They are great fish. Also cherry barbs, harlequin rosbaras, or any micro rosbaras is nice. I love panda corys. You can also add a pair of apistogrammas.

will try to get some cories for the empty 90 cm tank. Will see what the pet store has available. I quickly googled apistogrammas. Very beautiful. Will def put it on my list. Anybody know something about peacock cichlids?
Also for the other 90 cm tank I have in mind a shoal of cherry barbs. Just want to be sure they will be oaky with danios and swords?
    Anyway thanks.

I am thinking of filling the empy tank with
    #1 full mollies & corries

or #2 apristogrammas and congos + corries
Don`t know what decision is best, but would like some advice. I am planning to put some more swords and danios in the other tank then add some cherry barbs.

Imo the congos dont look that great in a 90cm tank also had them. I would rather get smaller school fish

Okay Will it work if I have one male and two female apristogrammas with a shoal of fish and some cories?
Also how much does the apristogrammas cost? What shoal of fish should work? I don`t want the fish to be too small and get gobbled up!

Apistos are dwarfs so they stay small wont eat small tetras. The thing is apistos pair up so the one female will be alone. Some can get very expensive st 1500 a pair but you also get some that goes for around 300-500 a pair.
