    I found an unknown mini snail scrubbing the algae from my tank walls, and I've never added any, it just "appeared"..... Instant snail, just add water? I don't think so...

    Dop en tjop! Congrats Zoom. In 1999 when i built my first house the bank basiclly begged me to give me the money. My last house i build was about a year ago and this time i had more hassle that in 1999 even tho i'm earning 10 times what i earned back then.

    gotta agree with @A Bauer... there's NOTHING that beats owning your own house! ok, I know you don't quite "own" it yet, but still CONGRATS! Hope you pay that bond off quicksharp! I'll never forget the feeling of freedom the day I became bondfree!

    Thanks guys. Spent the evening installing the new light fittings. All that's left is the bedroom and lounge chandelier. These will get done as soon as my painters and their dam forsaken ladder is out of those rooms!

    Congrats Zoom. You lucky dont think ill ever get there. Im still srugling just to buy a cheap bike. Been trying to get finance and stuff for over 2 months now and no one can help me except one or 2 loan sharks with a personal loan with very high intrest. I will be paying back double what i borrow.
    Does anyone know of a magic place that can help me

    Have you tried the different banks, there are certain criteria you need to adhere to. Maybe find out what they use and how you shape up against said criteria then you can fix it.
