Yay! bought some Brine Shrimp eggs today (R40 for a container the size of my thumb) Put them into some sea-water and two ours later, there were the little buggers!

Bought two bottle of Olmega Tequila going to have tequila, pizza movie evening with girlfriend tomorrow evening.

*jealous* I think I'll join you in spirit. Me ma's coming over tomorrow as my man is in Namibia, so it's been a real lonely week for me... maybe I'll ask her to share some Tequila with me. It warms you up ever so nicely!

Did you get the gold or silver Tequila?

 

I got the gold was something like R140 for a bottle but worth every sent, they also had the black and silver haven't tried the black though. Also bought some nice 2007 Rose (Simonsvlei)

 

That's not a bad price at all! I think I paid R189 for my Omega Gold

Oooh, black Tequila! How very interesting... that won't be the chocolate Tequila would it? I saw it standing next to the Silver and I was ever so tempted, but then the lemon and salt would be a no go.

Not sure the name brand of the Tequila but the BEST and i mean THEEEE BEST i have ever had is that coffee flavour!
Skip the shooter glass go straight to a beer mug!

Yeah I think so Troyfish. I think I should try it then. I just love the whole lemon and salt thing with tequila... I guess you'd sip this like a find cognac ^^,

 

Im sorry but i have no idea how anyone can enjoy having a lemon strip after a shot lol it ruins it!
Besides that its only there for people who cant handle that little 'bite' it has haha

Tequila? Don Jullio all the way! Seriously smooth, an awesome sipping drink. Completely wasted when you just want to do shots, unfortunately it's not cheap . . .

PS when doing shots of the cheap and nasty stuff, as an alternative to lemon and salt, try orange and cinnamon

 

Well actually nothing I get absolutely no enjoyment out of any alcohol.
Might drink half a glass of white wine like Grunburger.
