    I have started a Rimless tank that I want to keep only shrimp in, does anybody have to sell.

    Cape town area.

    its illegal to sell or keep shrimp in south africa they are on the blacklist :)

    What is the size of the tank?

    Rather do a nice community tank or go species only maybe a nice group of red nose rummies or cherry barbs.

    I still find 1 or 2 in my tank every week.

    Guys, like has been stated on this thread loud and clear - ALL freshwater crustaceans are on the black list. A while back the mods changed the "policing" policy of bl species, and whilst discussion of bl species is permitted, TASA cannot condone selling or trading in bl species.

    We are almost all aware that crayfish, shrimp and LOTS of fish etc that are bl are often offered in the lps's - due to ignorance or blatant disregard of the black list.

    As a result, I have been obliged to delete/edit several posts on this thread, no offence intended to the op's.
