Vietnamese cardinals

    Hi all

    I recently discovered Vietnamese Cardinals. I've spent ages scanning through different nano fish and yesterday was the first time I've seen these fish.

    Does anyone have experience with these fish locally?
    Would love to learn more about them

    Hi,

    I have a dozen. Lovely little fish. Same family as WCMM but they prefer their water a bit warmer. I am going to attempt to breed them, I am just having a few pH issues at the moment.

    So on Sunday I found 1 fry. Moved the adults to a different tank. On Monday there were about 5 fry. Yesterday there were plenty, guess about 20 or so. Only starting to go free swimming now.

    Congrats! How difficult are these to find? My local pet shop says they can't get any minnows. Might have to travel a bit

    I have only seen them once on a pre-order list so i bought 12. Haven't seen them at a store yet.
