Updated pic - Siamese Fighter

Hey Peeps

though i would post a updated pic of one of the male Fighters that was part of the spawn i looked after for @HennieRoux

Gave this chap as a gift to my mom, so get to see him when i go over to change his water.



Below is a pic of the male i have in my tank, pls excuse the algae on the glass, im still trying to get rid of it.

 

They're great - I have one of Hennie's fish - he's just past his 2nd birthday and going strong! Hope yours do as well!

i also have a some hennieroux bettas.... maybe it would be a nice thread if everyone who has 1 would post and we could see all the different lines he has come up with...

 

Ahhhh schucks you guys, you making me blush :redface:...... @tracyp so cool that you still have your male, I remember flying to CT with that betta in my hand, and everyone asking me, Is that your lucky fish or something? haha, some even asked, will it not explode so high up in the air... haha.

 

Hi are we allowed to take fish on plains. If we are wich airline allows it? Thanks

 

Ja i flew with a betta in a jar on SAA, no complaints there, not like I could stab someone with it...:bigsmile: haha

Ehhh no @Hawk but they made me open the box and show off the fish, and every one went ooohhhh aaaahhhh, think they liked them...haha. Then flew down with kalula on thursday with 4 fish, even put them thru the xray masjien, dont think I was suppose to do that.....then afterwards they said no u r not supposed to do that....thats how I know. Then as I got into the plain they said excuse me sir, please can u open the box, we have to see whats inside, so I did, she went ooohhh aaahhhhh will they not explode can they handle the presure, and I said, is that a trick question or did u fail matric.? Any ways to make a long storry short, why can people walk into a plane with a suit case and get asked nothing, but as soon as its a small box its a problem? Like really am I gonna put a bomb in a box or a suit case?

 

Ha ha ha...I was asked to remove my Zippo lighter from my bag that was going into the plane hold? So it was ok for me to have a lighter on the plane with me but not in my checked in luggage! Still trying to figure that one out...
