type of plants

    i am stuck with the layout of my tank
    and the type of plants to get my tank looking good
    ps whats the best type of gravel

    What is the question?

    Best gravel? Depends what you're after really. I use Flourite from Seachem in the planted tanks.

    Type of plants? Also depends what you're after. What size is the tank? What lighting are you using? Are you using Co2? Are you going to dose Fertilizers? All depends. What is the final product you're after?

    Scape? Do you want a full plant tank or one with rocks and driftwood?

    Let us know what you are after so we can give you better advice.

    i want a planted tank with driftwood and some stones and the tank is a 170 litre custome tank 45 cm high
    i duno if i use co2
    but my tank must look like nature,very green and a range of tall plants, mid way and ground covers
    and include java moss

    Thank you, but it takes a bit of practice to get some of those plants to grow.
    you will need high light and Co2

    Lets start with what your current setup is.
