    So I was wondering.

Is It possible to have too much air in your tank?

I have 2 air sources in my 60L planted tank.
A small corner filter and a water inlet from my biofilter.

Doesnt matter which way the inlet is, because it also lets excess air out that Im pumping into the biofilter. Meaning in or out the water.

I get little baubles forming on my plants, which has me worried.

The little bubbles forming on the leaves of the plants is known as "pearling" and is an indicator that you are doing things right in the tank.
It is the plants releasing oxygen back into the water, from there into the atmosphere.

Here is an example of 2 plants pearling.

Ok thanks. Here's what I meant by the baubles. Plant sort of changed colour, due to the light going whilst I was on holiday.

I had some of those plants as well. They didn't do too well in my tank.

Yes it is possible to have too much air, usually when there is no water :tt2:.

See this is an old thread. Can we not have a read only option on older threads?

Lol Anyway I found the problem. It was my airstone creating fine bubbles that stuck to the plants.

That's not really a problem. Unless you don't want to see the bubbles. It really doesn't do anything harmful to the fish/plants/aquarium environment
