    Hi TASA,

I finally completed the scape on the high tech 3ft tank today. The spiderwood is finally waterlogged so the rocks were removed that kept them down.

Also the wood layout was slightly changed from the original layout to eliminate shady areas created at both the corners at the bottom.

    Final plant list:
    Rotala h'ra, green and rotundifolia
    Hygrophila Coryombosa (giant hygro)
    Alternanthera Reineckii
    Hygrophila polysperma
    Staurogyne repens
    Star grass
    Hydrocotyle Tripartita
    Bucephalandra
    Schismatoglottis prietoi
    EDIT: Ludwigia Rubin

    Fertiliser Schedule: Seachem Dosing schedule

    2 week update.

Not much has changed in the past two weeks and I've actually left it alone. Rotala's and star grass got another trim and grew some more fungus on the spiderwood

I'm struggling a bit to get the co2 dialed in as I don't want to turn it up, go to work and get back home to see I killed my fish so I'm slowly working on it over the weekends.

The s. repens are also struggling a bit with diatoms and some yellowing of leaves and I had a bit of algae on the giant Hygro but removed all this today.

    Thanks @A new day
Growth is a little poor imo but waiting it out until everything is balanced

Well sometimes slow and steady is not such a bad thing, as long as everything is in balance as you say. With the CO2 cranked up slowly, and perhaps a bit of Flourish Advance (trace and phytohormones)? The latter always seems to boost new growth for me, without containing macronutrients.

Here's the dosing chart I'm following. It's just a basis so dosing might need to be a bit more as well but I'm not tampering with ferts for now. As soon as the CO2 is dailed in and there's still slow plant growth I'll start to alter the ferts.

Looking awesome! Any opinion on the soil yet? I've found the growth to be fairly tame compared to what i had before
