Tissue burst out of female plakat betta?

I have a female plakat betta. A while ago she had raised scales and some something like a lump of food burst out of her. Then her scales stop raising and lay down again. Now she have a sore on her body too. THis one is a little hight. But this time she does not act sick. She is happy and swim around looking for food. In that sore patch a thing like tissue seem to be comming throught. She is not in a community tank. Why had this happen to her? I tried to take a photo but she would not stand still.
