    Morning

I was just wondering, on a 6foot 1.8*600*600 tank what thickness of glass would be best? I am thinking of using 12mm strengthened glass. Is that ok or must i use thicker glass?

12mm should be good. Don't forget to add bracing though.

12mm is WAY over kill for a tank thats only 600 high - rather go for 10 mm

Henk beat me to it - I was gonna say 10mm - Remember that is is the height of the water column that affects the glass thickness, so generally 600mm = 10mm Glass and 800mm = 12mm glass. The length and breadth require bracing to stop the glass flexing too much.
