She's still alive but hovering above the internal filter, still not eating and still gasping.

@Khalid - Thanks. Treat with what? I need to get something today. I don't think she is going to make it otherwise.

@mydummyname - Do I need to quarantine all the fish and what about the tank they are all in? Probably not related but some of the 3cm guppies tails are ragged (no white edges) which I thought would just grow closed. I have just been reading about Gill Flukes - could be this...

Hey Mark - Do you have any Microbe-lift Herbtana or Artemiss? They are natural treatments and can be used together, dosed 12 hours apart. They are good, do no harm, general treatments for I don't know what it is and don't know what to do next. @Henk Hugo - Would you recommend this?

@Marco - you've had some experience with GBRs. Can you shed some light? What would you do?

@Dirk - Can you possibly give some suggestions/insight please?

@Jenn - Thanks very much. This is really stressful. Of all my fish, my GBR's are my favourite! I don't know what Herbtana or Artemiss are but I will look them up now.

The website says that Herbtana and Artemiss are for Reef tanks so back to square one.

    Hi @MarcHawke,

What about trying Paraguard, (Seachem), it states the following (only part of what it says on the bottle):

".. efficiently erradicates many ectoparasites (eg. ich, etc..) and external fungal/baterial/viral lesions (eg.fin rot)..."

Perhaps since you are not 100% sure of what it is, this would be a good option. I personally have always liked using Bio-elite products which are aloe based and herbal, which also work, but they do take longer to work and in your case, it appears you need something that will work faster...

    HTH :)
