Hi ,i only have one left and would like him to have a friend that is not a fin nipper and not a threadfin rainbow .
He lives in a 15 liter tank , so the friend has to be small .

    Thanks

Although Threadfins are small, they are active swimmers.
I would say that 15L is far too small for them.
Personally, I wouldn't keep them in anything less then 50L

Threadfins are small and only get like 5cm .
    The tank is L30cm x W22 x H25=16.5 litres

They are very active. I would recomend 6 of them in a 80l tank. Their character en beauty will come through then. :)

They are also very sensitive to water conditions. Or should I rather say changes in water conditions. I have kept mine for about a year and only had 1 incident with changing conditions. That killed all of them except the 2 that I have. I plan to get more in a few month time once my 4ft is going.

    yes:
I suggest getting a few mates for him, in a slightly bigger tank. You can't justify accommodation purely on max size, but rather on behavioural characteristics too.

They are not that readily available and once bitten twice shy.
