    That's horrible. The only bright side to this story is that the thief is in for a nasty introduction to the state of our roads.

    Yar-well, Y'know, The thief is prob'ly better off with a bike than a car. It was a mountain-bike, so the state of the roads just adds to the thrill of the ride.
