Terrorising Fish

What fish can you put together, but not in a normal community tank?
What can you put with angels?
Can you put anything with Malawi's?

Angels, Discus and Plecs all come frome the same area if memory serves me correctly.

Seen some tanks like that

Malawis like other Malawis, which need the correct enviroment (Right amount of Caves, and schooling quantities)

 

angels are not so angelic, they will interfere with other fish that have flowing fins or fish the size of their mouth.

 

Angels can be kept with larger South American fish, like the larger SA tetras (Bleeding Hearts, Columbian tetras etc.), Corydoras species, most plecs, and if room provides, other species of cichlid like Festivums (some people have an issue with keeping Angels and Discus together, I have no clue why).

Rather keep Malawi's with Malawi's, and stick to that. Even further tan that, they say it should be cautioned mixing the rock-dwelling Mbuna with the open-water swimming Haps and Peacocks. Also, it's best not to mix Malawis with Tanganyikan fish, as temperaments can differ as well.
