Taiwan reef HOLDING

Hi all,today i noticed that my taiwan reef couple tried to spawn but were interupted everytime by the ahli male.So i moved them to a seperate 60 litre tank with a mature sponge filter and presto 2 hours later she is holding.What do i do now?Please advise.THANx

 

If I where you I would leave the female in the tank and move the male back to the original tank the reason why I say so is because the female wont eat during this period and she need some space to hatch the eggs and let the fry out when they are free swimming and then you should feed the female well before you put her back otherwise the male will harass her again (for breeding) and might kill her

 

Should i move him immediately.I a hard time catching him yesterday and dont want put female through that again since she is holding now. Can i wait 2-3 days before moving him?

 

It might be best if you take him out as soon as possible, rather stress the female out for a few seconds than the male harassing her the whole day
