Tail Standing, dark, not eating

Please do let us know what its condition is.
There is a possibility that it could be swim-bladder related, but 9 out of 10 they go head standing if it is swim bladder issues.
The white coming from the gills is slime and not parasitic. Sometimes if water conditions are not optimal this slime secretion from the gills also occur. Im still 100% sure this is not parasite related so do not treat for any parasites.
Are the other fish in the tank still 100%?

sadly i lost this discus, i have treated with kenaplex for septicaemia before the metro. treated it for 3 days with kenaplex with no improvement. So maybe it was indeed a swim bladder infection. Once it died its gills turned black, but this must probably be because of oxygen starvation?

feeding them frozen brine shrimps, frozen blood worm on occasion, FD blood worm and brine shrimp, prime flakes, samon, mussel mix, spriluna flakes, brine shrimp flakes, various sera foods, tetra breeder red, tetra crisps and green marine pallets aswell

 

as predicted, leopard laid eggs on window panel... but then ate'm 3 days laters.. turk did his thing over the eggs aswell

ill prepare breeding setup now... hopefully this is a fertile pairing... holding thumbs
