T5 Reflectors

Hi guys, a few weeks ago I came in and inquired about a reflector for my 3ft T5 tubes. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and said he would get back to me but I haven't heard anything since then. Please could you follow up on this for me?

Dude, I phoned about some fish, was told to send an email and that they would get back to me soon.......a month later and I'm still waiting...

Sorry about this we do get busy sometimes and the guys might just forget, especially if it was on a weekend.
we prefer people sending us an email with requests...

and like mugsy said that we don't return on your mails, please just call and make sure we got your mail, like we mentioned on our website a couple of times before we are struggling with our internet at the shop from beginning of this year, so we receive some mails and some not. (this is something we are working on)

but i'm truly sorry for this, it is something that we pride ourselves on.(to do as we say and get what you need)
