Synodontis euptera problem

Hey guys.

I have had my Synodontis euptera for about 3 months, maybe more. I
Hardly ever see as he hides a lot. Last night he came out but looked very
Strange. He hasn't grown since iv had him and all his brown spots are
Gone! He is completely black now. Is this normal?

 

sinos ae usually very active fish if he's been very shy then he cant be very happy,who are his tank mates

 

The 2 Gourami (shy), Pleco (shy), Rosy barb (not shy) Keyhole (Not shy that much) apple snail....lol

Im moving them back into the 100l and the keyhole in my 75l and guppies/mollies in
the 60l. Thats when i get the time. Have to move them will all the water, plants,
stones ect. Might take a while

 

whats the water temp?

 

26 during the day and goes down to about 24-25 at night (Cold house lol)
