    How much evaporation do you guys have in your sumps within a week?
    How hot does your pump get?

    In my sump i put about 10l RO in per week to top up not counting my actual water change. my system is about 300l.
    I dont notice the heat from the pump.

    i dont have a sump on my fresh water tank, but on my marine maybe about 15-20L a week, and i run a chiller coz i have metal halides, i use to have the exact same lifetech pump now changed to a 4000L one was very happy with the pump no noise very little heat
