Suitable Catfish for a 3ft tank

    Hey Hey

    Been doing alot of research on the perfect catfish/s to put in my 3ft other than Corydoras Catfish (these would be the main/only fish in the tank so need an interesting behaviour type)....

    I would like something that is "barbel like" i.e. sort of like a Shovel Nose (which will grow to big for my tank) or a Synodontis multipunctatus (which I cant find anywhere and every time i mention the name the LPS employees all assume i'm talking about Upside Down Catfish which i'm not keen on).

    Any suggestionswould be appreciated...

    what about some of the micro synodontis that floats in and out of the trade every now and then?

    Thanks Henk.... i'll do a bit of research on them. Got a good relationship with my one LFS so could ask him to specifically get me some.

    There are quite a few for example sturiosoma, farlowella, pecoltia and Barbel like S. petricola or Microglanis (rare but very nice)
