Substrate Advice

    Hi All. I need some advice on a what substrate I should start with? I don't want to spend to much and I was told I can try Palm Tree Peat soaked in a hydroponic solution you can buy at Stoddels covered with a layer of fine gravel or river sand. :stupido:
