String Algae infestation

Hi, so I got some shrimp tanks. I noticed string algae started to grow weeks ago on my java moss and drift wood. Those are my breeding tanks. But now the one tank got tons of string algae and I'm starting to see more in my other tanks and I'm not sure if my shrimps would get stuck in it or not. Also it does not look nice at all. Any advice to remove or kill this string algae. I also don't want to disturb my shrimps from breeding as they only got eggs now after a long time. Also how can I stop it from spreading to my other tanks. Pls any advice needed. Thanks
