Dude, where's the problem? :blink1: Unless you have another half who is going to flip out then congrats on the major MTS! The tanks will always come in handy. Sell the fish you don't want for reasonable prices or swop them for stuff you need.

@HAPPYBOY - What do you mean by "breeding tank". If you mean the little plastic breeding trap then don't use it. It will only cause them to stress out. They seem to like company. They will become listless and barely eat just before they drop. I would suggest giving them lots of surface plants and let them do their thing. Then when you see fry, collect them in your net and place them in a breeding trap to prevent them from being eaten.

Oh yes, you know a female guppy is pregnant if she has been in contact with a male in the last 3 months :blink1:

guppies can also decide how may fry they want to drop they don't necessarily drop them all at once

thx for the tip guys but i see that black behind on all my guppies lol and what i meant on a breeding tank is a 1foot glass tank with a small opening in the middel for the fry to go trough not that plastick ones.

That black spot is their gravid spot which is how you id males from females. The bodies will get very squared off in the "chest" area (described as looking like a bus)and you will be able to see black/red in their abdomen which is the eyes of the fry.

If your guppies all have that black spot then they are all female. Where are these fish at the moment?

Until you are ready to do some serious breeding, let them do their thing and if any fry survive then bonus/damn! depending on how you want to look at it.
As to the Cichlids, I believe this is quite normal behaviour for them which is why you have to be careful with your decor
