I really feel we need a structured way to display the sponsor's business information and what they provide. Currently it's a bit of a mess and I'm having to search all over the place for the info. Perhaps even if the relevant parties add details to their signatures for now? I'd like to support the people who are supporting the community but at this point it seems like a lot of work.

As henk says there is a section. Unfortunately it's up to the sponsors to submit a "blurb" for underneath the forum title to give a bit of info about what they mainly do etc. As for contact details etc I'll look into adding that as a page somewhere.

If I may add, this is one of the few forums where one actually has to "look for" information about sponsors. Except for the banner at the top of the site, there's more info going around about the issue of sponsorship than is available from sponsors informing the community about special offers, etc.

I'd agree the sponsors should add something in their signature and be more active in more topics so that we can see their offers - Few will visit a forum and look for a thread that says "Sponsors". It would be like visiting a website only to view advertising.

Blending the advertising in an unobtrusive way will give more value to sponsors. It would also be great to see a sponsor's ads and go to his shop over a weekend saying "Hi I saw your ad on TASA...."

Oh, and how does one become a sponsor?
