    Is he fully grown yet ? Cause if he isn't maybe that will have something to do with him not being aggressive yet maybe that will come with age but I think its cool he is so chilled

    The get to about 4 ft apparently.
    Mine must be 2 1/2 ft.
    I think at this stage it will grow quite slowly, or if it will get much bigger.

    What size tank do you have him in ? It has to be a pretty big tank at the very least around 400 liters I would guess

    Ok its big. @Reedfish judging by the. Pics you can't have many plants which is understand able as he would uproot most. Of them

    I think that for all intents and purposes it is blind. Judging by the way it moves around the tank and also sniffs out food at feeding time

    Plants wouldn't stand a chance.

    Never used CO2
    And the lighting in my tank does need to be replaced.
    But that is a discussion for another thread.......

    My SAL is not that happy with my new LED's
    They are probably a bit bright for it. But I have positioned them so that one corner of the tank is a bit gloomy.

    It's driving me a bit mad at the moment. :mad:
    Wish it would stop knocking the wood over.
    And also knocks the heaters off the glass and the filter inlet.
