Some one's got white spot!

Don't like white spot!It's just like people ripping of hobbyists,don't like it.I cought the fish bug when i was 7jo.Now 30jrs,never without fish.I love everything about this hobby,but i notice some raraties at petshops from time 2 time and then some one advertising the same at double the price and i just know there's some white spot threatening my beloved hobby!I never got a cent for pocked money as a kid but by the time i was 14 i had 21 tanks and a pond i build myself;all because some old fish keepers gave me old pumps,heaters etc.U might keep fish,but ur not one of us,and i would not spare a little salt for the white spot that will eventually kill u.SADNESS!

I think he is talking about people that want to make money out of this hobby. I have to agree with him on this, If there is some one out there that need stuff to keep his fish alive I would give it to him/her is I has extra of them just like most of you out there. but you get the few people that want to make millions out of this hobby and they sell fish and equipment for ripoff prices... I do not class them as hobbyist.

the fish posted in that thread can be bought at most shops for half that price....

if we can get it cheaper somewhere else for cheaper?

 

henk, do you have personal issues with this person, why dont you try for once and stay professional. If someone wants to sell a fish for R5k, by all means, no one is forced to buy from that person.....

oh well :shrug: thats why people go LFS-crawling, price comparisons is half the time spent. just buy the fish were you feel its best priced for its value
