    Hello

    I'm looking for small snails.
Anyone cleaning out their tanks and dumping them?

    Puffy is hungry.

I'm sure he is looking for something besides malaysian trumpet snails as puffs dont seem to like them much.

damn, if you were closer id have unloaded them, but sad for you and happy for me, i have recently gotten rid of about a 100 of them, the population is slowly recovering again. im sure some CT members have rams they wanna get rid of??

Its easy people, just add a blanched baby marrow slice to the tank, wait a few hours then carefully extract the slice packed full of em without touching them too much or they'll bail off the marrow quickly. works a charm

Next time we have some baby marrow in the house I'll chuck a piece in my tank and give you a call.

Cucumber should work just as well. I think it might be easiest to put it in a sieve of some sort that you can just pick up and catch all the snails that try to escape. I've got hundreds of pond snails in my small tank, but again, I'm in Midrand.

If you need a steady supply of snails, why not set up a little tank and breed them yourself?
