Small 30l plant development tank

Hey there

Herewith some pics of my 30l tank I use for my plants to develop. Normally when I get a new small piece of plant, I just throw it in here and it grows at a rapid pace. The health of this tank is just gr8 as I have never lost a plant or fish in this tank yet. I only have a small dolphin internal filter in there with a uber-bright smallish light (think its a jebo 8w). Substrate is 3 to 4cm fine silica sand

oh yes, lol....that was the only wallpaper i had for the tank at the time (was still in the very beginning phases of fish-keeping). But ok, I'll leave it on, doesn't do any harm and besides, who has time to look at backgrounds when you can look at aquatic plants?

Yip, 3cm is just fine for a tank that size

 

very nice... do you use any supplements in there to help the plants?

 

Never used to, but now I am yes. Using a product called DsD now

Don't think ur tank is cycled/settled in properly. Get the items on the list I gave you hehehe
