Shrimp safe Seachem Tidal filter

    Does anybody here own a Seachem Tidal HOB?
    Any ideas how to shrimp proof this HOB, please.

    Don't own one but I use a coarse sponge around the inlet to prevent the babies getting sucked in and the shrimp love the extra grazing spot

    Not shrimp proof have one. you need to use a sponge of sorts around the intake

    I have one, and unfortunately the intake is very wide, which makes using a standard sponge from a sponge filter impossible.
    You could buy some sponge and modify it yourself to fit, however.
    It is a fantastic filter.
