Hi, I have won a 30 litre Tetra all in one aquarium and am considering keeping a breeding pair of shellies.

Are they expensive? and how difficult are they to find in Jeffreys / Port ELizabeth / etc.

Haven't received the tank kit yet, but thought I would do some homework first.

Hi the only place I could find any was Dolphin.
I think he brought in a few for some people.
You might also want to try Neilh. they can be expensive.

Yes Dolphin is your best bet and you get some shells with them... Search for shellies in the forum and you'll find a post where he mentioned a price etc... I think this was last year though.

I have some on order, when they arrive I could offer Ocellatus gold and Stappersi(Meleagris)... both are R250/pair or R375/trio
