    Morning

I need some advice/guidance. What can I use to seal a wooden pond?

    Dimensions 120cm L x 80cm W x 20cm D .

    Thanks in advance.

I will do it as follow. First fiberglass the inside and then paint it wit an epoxy paint. That should hold the water in.

Line it with pond liner - might want to add a layer of Styrofoam between the wood and the plastic.

pond liner definitely easiest and cheapest
fibreglass in SA so expensive compared to the USA not really a option

Here is a pond sealed with bitumen i did a couple years ago.

Ps. I suggest a couple layers with drying in between.

You can buy the pond sealant one. I have used it for years and have bred many fish in the ponds
