    For two litre you can add about 3/4 table spoon, epson salt, fish can be added for about 20 minutes

    @Swerwer ,

    If you referring to salt to treat wounds its 2 tablespoons per 5 gallons of water

    Dissolve the salt very well in boiling water first and allow to cool
    I usually dont add it all at same time, i add a bit at a time over a couple hours ( 2 or 3)
    Throw it slowly where your filter return is so it spreads quickly
    This low dosage doesnt usually kill plants over a couple days

    Epsom salt as far as i know, is not to treat wounds, its usually used mostly for bloat

    I could never get myself to add the 2 tablespoons per gallon, it seems too much...

    @RaXoR_ZA ,

    I did not say 2 tablespoons per gallon

    I said 2 tablespoons for 5 gallons for injuries

    In severe, stubborn ICH out breaks, 3 tablespoons to 5 gallons is safe.
    I also explained to add the solution a bit at a time over couple hours

    About 5 years ago, i had a horrendous out break of ICH and thought i was going to lose all my clown loaches as they were more white with the ICH than black and yellow
    Fortunately, stingrays dont get ICH
    I cured them without losing any fish or rays at 4 tablespoons per 5 gallons and temperature at 30

    We then invested on UV lights/sterilizers and have not had ICH in any tank since
